At Twin Lakes, residents enjoy both an indoor pool and a dedicated aquatic therapy pool in our therapy gym.
What Is Aquatic Therapy?
Aquatic therapy is guided exercise in the water, led by trained therapists. Sessions can be one-on-one or in groups and may include:
Water aerobics
Strength training through rehabilitation- Aquatic therapy is available at Twin Lake’s state-of-the-art HydroWorx pool, providing residents with the opportunity to focus on their healing and strengthening journey with minimized discomfort.
Water jogging or swimming
