The Boland Community Center is the heart of campus life. Named for Willis Boland, the first Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lutheran Retirement Ministries, the building was dedicated in April 1994 during Twin Lakes Community’s 10th anniversary celebration.
The Fitness Center provides convenient, modern health and wellness options for Twin Lakes Community residents and staff.
Deacon Pointe offers 36 one‑bedroom assisted living apartments, with resident homes on the second and third floors and service, care, and administrative areas on the first floor.

Moneta Springs Memory Care is home to 32 residents, organized into two households—Sandpiper Cove and Ward’s Landing—with 16 residents each, providing a supportive, home‑like environment.
A certified adult day program offering respite for family caregivers of individuals with memory loss. Participants enjoy socialization, meaningful activities, and daily programming.
Coble Creek is a 104‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing comprehensive care and on‑site services for residents.

Wittenberg is a three-story apartment building housing twenty-four spacious apartment homes. Options range from 825 square feet, one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath apartments with approximately 1,000 square feet. A community great room and library are additional amenities located in Wittenberg.
The Apartments are one-bedroom (600 square feet) or two-bedroom (800 square feet), one-bath apartment homes housed in two buildings: Aldersgate and Brandenburg. These buildings offer the convenience of interconnecting hallways which provide easy access to all the amenities located at Twin Lakes Community. All apartments offer a patio or balcony.
Our newest and final planned residential project is Stockton apartments. This attractive new residency option includes 84 spacious apartment homes offering open floor plans and many modern amenities. These homes are in a centrally located section of our beautiful campus. This optimal site connects to other community spaces including dining venues, the fitness center and our main community building, thus combining the exceptional opportunity for a beautiful new home in a very desirable and convenient location.
Sullivan Park is a multi‑functional indoor and outdoor activity space designed for group meetings, family gatherings, receptions, educational and wellness programs, and social events.
Harris Park is a covered outdoor activity and picnic area ideal for group meetings, resident and family gatherings, receptions, wellness programs, and social events.
The Villas are two-bedroom, two-bath homes ranging from 1311 square feet to 1675 square feet. In addition to the heated square footage, each home has an attic with permanent-stair access and a deck or patio adjacent to a sunroom. Many villas are located on one of several lakes providing beautiful lakefront views.
The Garden Homes are free-standing, three-bedroom, two to two-and-a-half bath homes ranging from 1750 square feet to 2400 square feet. In addition to the heated square footage, each home has a one or two-car garage, an attic with permanent-stair access, and a court terrace. A natural gas generator is also standard with each home.
Saponi Place is a community building adjacent to the Stockton Apartments. It is named in honor of the Saponi Nation, the original inhabitants of this region. The modern Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation is headquartered nearby in Mebane, NC.
