Residents' Association

The purpose of the Association is fourfold:

• Advance the common interests of Twin lakes residents.
• Provide appropriate means for the expression of a resident’s concerns and needs.
• Facilitate residents’ understanding of Twin Lakes operational polices, fiscal status and facility plans, and foster effective communication between the Association and Twin Lakes Community Administration and its Board of Directors.
• Provide a vehicle for regular and orderly involvement of residents in the operation of a healthy, happy and cooperative community.
