The purpose of the Residents Council is to provide two-way communication between the management of Twin Lakes Community and the Independent Living Residents, whereby important information may be channeled in both directions, as well as to promote communication and ideas for communication within courts/neighborhoods.  It is recognized that the Council is not a direct part of the active management of Twin Lakes Community; however, this Council shall exercise its duty to represent the welfare, needs and future concerns of the Residents, making requests and suggestions to management for consideration and appropriate action.
