Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation: Coble Creek

Several exciting  additions and upgrades are happening across the Twin Lakes Community campus. We are thrilled to introduce our new Coble Creek Healthcare and Rehabilitation Facility. Coble Creek is a 130,000 square feet, 104-bed facility representing a significant investment in the long-term health care needs of  Twin Lakes Community residents and members of the surrounding community. The center encompasses five neighborhoods, each accommodating 20 to 22 residents. Each neighborhood features large, private living quarters with private baths, living, and dining areas as well as activity areas for residents. New caregiver stations allow facilitation of a high quality of caregiving and enhanced staff response times.  In addition to the five neighborhoods, the building also incorporates a full-service restaurant for campus residents, staff, and visitors, a Chapel, multi-purpose room, large family room, and a rehabilitation gym with a hydrotherapy pool for short and long-term rehabilitation.  A spa and salon top off the amenities of this state-of-the-art facility. Coble Creek is a Medicare and Medicaid facility. The services provided are available to residents of Twin Lakes, as well as members of the broader community.

What makes Twin Lakes stand out as a top retirement community is our focus on independence and the full arc of care. We understand that what works for you now, may be different at a later point in your life.  We know every individual has their own distinct lifestyle preferences especially the place they call home. Twin Lakes Community is intentional in building and design. We offer a wide selection of residence options in independent living, including apartments, villas, and garden homes. If a higher level of care is ever needed, we offer assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. Home care and an adult day program are also available for our residents and the broader community. For further information, please call 336-538-1572.
