New Year New Additions

Our 2021 word of the year is Community! Twin Lakes Community has invested in its grounds, facilities, and offerings to continue to grow with our residents. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, successful long-term health, independence, and the happiness of our residents is our main focus. In 2021, we are adding to our current facilities like the Boland Community Building, the Fitness Center, and Harris Park. These enhancements include a pub, meeting space, enlarged library, a new workout equipment room, locker rooms, space for outdoor gatherings, and more.

In addition, we anticipate construction completion of Coble Creek Healthcare and Rehabilitation in March 2021. Coble Creek is a new 130,000 square feet, 104-bed facility representing a significant investment in the long-term health care needs of both Twin Lakes Community residents and members of the surrounding community.

The center encompasses five neighborhoods, each accommodating 20 to 22 residents. Each neighborhood features large, private living quarters with private baths, living, and dining areas as well as activities areas for residents, and new caregiver stations, facilitating a high quality of caregiving and enhanced staff response times.  In addition to the five neighborhoods, the building also incorporates a full-service restaurant for campus residents, staff, and visitors, a Chapel, multi-purpose room, large family room, and a rehabilitation gym with a hydrotherapy pool for short and long-term rehabilitation.  A spa and salon top off the amenities of this state-of-the-art facility. Construction is scheduled to be complete in Spring 2021.

Our neighborhoods are filled with people who choose Twin Lakes for various reasons. The one thing they have in common is the desire for a well-rounded life in a community where people are engaged, open to new activities, and new ideas. Busy or laid-back, independent or assisted living, “Life at the Lakes”  is filled with possibilities and purpose. Schedule your tour of our community now by calling (336) 538-1572.
