Pamela Sarsfield Fox
President/Chief Executive Officer
Pam Fox is an attorney and certified public accountant. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her law degree from Washington and Lee University (JD, magna cum laude) Prior to joining Twin Lakes in 2008, she spent 20 years practicing law as an estate planning attorney and providing wealth management services to affluent clients of a wealth management firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. Pam has volunteered for numerous professional, civic, and church organizations in Burlington, Greensboro, and elsewhere in North Carolina. Currently, she serves on the boards of Leading Age NC, Hospice of Alamance/Caswell, Chamber of Commerce and United Way. In addition, she has held board positions with the NC Bar Association, the NCACPA, Lutheran Retirement Ministries, the ARC of Greensboro, Art Alliance of Greensboro, Aycock Historic District, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the PTA’s at Irving Park Elementary and Aycock Middle Schools.
Chief Financial Officer
Graduated from Appalachian State University in 1999 with a BSBA degree in Accounting. Received his CPA Certificate in 2003. He has over seventeen years experience in accounting which includes eight years in public practice with McGladrey & Pullen and Dixon Hughes Goodman, auditing various CCRC’s, Not-For-Profits, Manufacturing companies and Auto Dealerships all over the US. Most recently, the past 9 years working in private industry for large multi-national manufacturing companies in various finance leadership roles. Member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Brent also serves as the treasurer of his church in Gibsonville, NC and has served on several Not-For-Profit boards in Gibsonville and Chapel Hill, NC.
Christine B. Beh
Chrissie Beh is a resident of Twin Lakes Community. She is a retired preschool owner and director. Chrissie served with the Nursery and Kindergarten Association as President, and in the National Association for the Education of Young Children on the committee that establishes licensing standards for daycare centers. She is a member of the Rotary Club, Association of Junior Leagues, and served on the board of trustees of Peninsula Methodist Retirement Communities. She is a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Jackie S. Cole
Jackie Cole is Vice President and Secretary of Coleco Inc. She serves on the Alamance County Extension Advisory Board as Chair and chairs the Lutheran Retirement Ministries Board. She is a member of the Woodlawn Community Board, and is a Registered Instructor and Interim Program Director of the North Carolina Therapeutic Riding Center. She previously served as Chair of the Alamance-Burlington Board of Education. She is a member of the Alamance Lutheran Church, currently serving as Chair of Staff Support and Ministry Site Profile Committees.
David H. Cooper
David Cooper is a retired Professor at Elon University. He serves as Policy Advisor for BEST-NC. He previously served on Lutheran Retirement Ministries Board of Directors and its Strategic Planning Committee. He continues to be an active member of the TLC Learning Circles Planning Committee and presenter at Leading Age NC.
Spencer T. Copland
Attending physician/partner, LeBauer Healthcare; volunteer team physician, Eastern Guilford High School; former faculty and current volunteer faculty, Cone Health Sports Medicine; member, American Board of Family Practice, NC Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, and American College of Sports Medicine; serves on Board of Directors, Copland Fabrics and Copland Industries, Inc.; member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensboro.
Roslyn Moore Crisp
Roslyn Crisp is a pediatric dentist. She is a member of the Alamance-Caswell Dental Society, North Carolina Dental Society, and American Dental Association. Other memberships include the Old North State Dental Society, NDA, NC Society of Dentistry for Children, and the American Academy of Dentistry for Children. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and serves on the Alamance Community College Board of Directors.
Susan C. Ezekiel
Susan Ezekiel is a Certified Public Accountant and managing partner with Cobb, Ezekiel, Loy & Company, P.A. She is a board member and treasurer of NC Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Susan is past treasurer, Executive Committee member and board member of the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce; past treasurer of Alamance County Economic Development Foundation; Tax Committee member of North Carolina Association of CPAs; past treasurer and current member of the Piedmont Chapter of the NC Association of CPAs, and a member of Elon University Accounting Advisory Board. She is a member of the Alamance Community College Accounting Advisory Committee; treasurer and board member of Faith Christian Academy, Inc.; past chair and current member of the Finance Committee of Gibsonville United Methodist Church. Susan is past treasurer and board member of the Gibsonville Museum and Historical Society; and past treasurer, Executive Committee and cabinet member of the United Way of Alamance County.
Anthony (Tony) E. Foriest
Tony Foriest is a retired executive with Xerox Corporation. He earned a BA in Economics from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA from Elon University. Tony served two terms in the NC State Senate, and is a two-term chair of the Alamance County Democratic Party. He serves on the boards of Allied Churches of Alamance County, ARMC Charitable Foundation, Snow Camp Sword of Peace, and Strive Together Committee. Tony is a member of the Baptist Church.
Jill M. Gerringer
Jill Gerringer is a physical therapist. She has a BS and MS in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, and a PA and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New England. Jill is a certified Pound Pro instructor. She is a volunteer with Hope Clinic at Elon University. She is a member of Alamance Lutheran Church where she previously served on the Church Council and currently serves as Financial Secretary.
The Rev. Richard J. Goeres
Pastor Goeres is a 2014 graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, SC. He began working part-time at Macedonia Lutheran Church in Burlington in mid-June of 2015, after completing a one-year term call as associate pastor at Augsburg Lutheran Church, in Winston Salem, and pastor of Shiloh Lutheran Church, in Lewisville, NC. He also assisted Church of the Good Shepherd Episcopal-Lutheran Parish in Galax, VA, during that year. Pastor Goeres began his ministry with Macedonia Lutheran in September 2015 as interim pastor, and was called as full-time Senior Pastor on July 17, 2016.
Dale Greeson is a Certified Public Accountant and partner with Apple, Bell, Johnson & Company, P.A. He is a board member and past Chairman for Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club. Dale is a member of AICPA and NCACPA. He serves on the board of the Chamber of Commerce, the Burlington Downtown Corporation, and the Alamance Community College Foundation board. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Alamance and serves on the Stewardship Committee at Macedonia Lutheran Church.
James K. Roberson
Jim Roberson is a retired Senior Superior Court Judge. He is a member of the steering committee for Piedmont Men of Steel, Alamance County Bar Association, NC State Bar, and the Conference of Superior Court Judges. Jim is a former member of the Lutheran Retirement Ministries Board.
Joy F. Isley
Joy Isley is a Customer Service Representative with Fidelity Bank. She serves as Secretary of the Lutheran Retirement Ministries Board and President of Lutheran Episcopalians And Friends, Elon University campus ministry. Joy is treasurer of the NC Palomino Exhibitors Association. She is a member of Frieden’s Lutheran Church, serving as treasurer of the Friedens Endowment Committee.
Ruth P. Koester
Ruth Koester is the director and scientist with LabCorp, DNA Identification Testing Division. She is a member of the American Society of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics, and World Marrow Donor Association.She is a current member of Leadership Alamance Class of 2017. Ruth is a current member and past president of the Women’s Resource Center Board, and past president of the local chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. She is a member of Alamance Lutheran Church.
Reed A. LaPlante
Reed LaPlante is a Senior Relationship Manager in Business Banking with Wells-Fargo Bank. He is past president and current member of the Graham Rotary Club and Rotary District 7690 Membership Chair. He is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Board, Alamance, and the Elon Phoenix Club. He is a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church, serving on the endowment committee. Reed is a current Elon MBA Candidate and was recently honored as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Business Leaders by the Triad Business Journal.
Robert M. Lewis
Bob Lewis is a real estate broker and owner of Robert M. Lewis & Associates, Inc. He is a licensed independent contractor with NAI Piedmont Triad Commercial. Bob is a past board member, president and program chair for Alamance-Burlington Realtors Commercial Alliance. He served on the Board of Governors of the NC Association of Realtors, and was past chair and vice chair of the Leadership North Carolina Inaugural Class. He served on the CCIM Institute’s National Board of Directors and in multiple local and state leadership roles. He is an Eagle Scout and served in many advisory and leadership roles including District Chair, Vice Chair and Council Commissioner. Bob is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Burlington where he has served as elder, deacon and chair of several committees.
Anne Molnar is a resident of Twin Lakes Community. She is a retired Registered Nurse, Certified Utilization Review Nurse, and Certified Case Manager. Anne is a former member of Toastmasters International. She previously co-chaired the Twin Lakes Community library book sale, and TLC Women's Lunch & Learn programs. She is a member of the Alamance County Photography Club, and Chairperson for the Photography Club field trips. She is a Twin Lakes Resident Council alternate representative, and a member and Sunday school teacher at Macedonia Lutheran Church
Bruce Moore is a retired Senior Technical Advisor for the Oil and Natural Gas Sector of the US Environmental Protection Agency. He is a chemical engineer. Bruce served in the US Navy. He is the Committee Chair of Boy Scouts of America Troop 39. He was a past Ruritan National Club President and Zone Governor. Bruce is a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church, where he has served as Congregation President, and is currently Capital Fund Treasurer and member of the Church Council. He chairs Macedonia Master Plan and the Strategic Plan Committee.
Bryan Pennington- Vice Chair
Bryan Pennington is president of Pennington & Bryan, Inc. He is a Textile Selling Agent and Importer. Bryan is a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church, serving on the Church Council, President of Macedonia Lutheran Men in Mission, and President of the Men’s Sunday School Class.
Raghu Tadepalli is Dean and Professor of Marketing, Martha Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University. He is a member of the Alamance Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Danny C. Van Fleet
Danny Van Fleet is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a senior accountant with the City of Burlington. Danny is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs. He is a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church.
Daniel J. Voelkert
Dan Voelkert is a retired claims representative with the Social Security Administration. He is past president of Andrews Elementary PTA, and the Cummings High School band boosters. He serves on a committee with the NC Lutheran Synod. Dan is a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church, serving on the Church Council, chairman of Christian Education committee, and as a Sunday school teacher.
James (Jim) N. Wilkes
Jim Wilkes is a resident of Twin Lakes Community. He is a retired engineer with The Dow Chemical Co. Jim is a member of Tau Beta Pi; former member of AIChE, CMA, and Mississippi State University Engineering Advisory Committee. At Twin Lakes, he is a community outreach volunteer for Lanes of Lights, Gardener’s Sharing Project, and the Auxiliary Estate Sale. He also volunteers with Allied Churches of Alamance County, Meals on Wheels, and Alamance Arts. Jim is a member of Front Street United Methodist Church.
